Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Program Overview
    The GLP Guide Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting The GLP Guide, an online educational course created and owned by Sarah Stombaugh, MD, PLLC. By participating in this program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
  2. Eligibility
    To participate, you must: Be at least 18 years old, Be approved by The GLP Guide team as an affiliate, Accurately represent yourself and your relationship to The GLP Guide, Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and FTC disclosure requirements. We reserve the right to approve or deny any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
  3. Commission Structure
    Affiliates earn $30 commission on each completed sale of The GLP Guide. Commissions apply only to initial purchases, not renewals or extensions.
  4. Tracking & Attribution
    Sales must be completed through your unique affiliate link to qualify. Affiliate tracking relies on cookies and/or platform tracking. We are not responsible for commissions lost due to: Cookies being disabled or cleared, Improper use of affiliate links, Technical issues outside our control.
  5. Payment Terms
    Commissions are paid monthly. Payments are issued only for completed, non-refunded purchases. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
  6. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations
    If a customer receives a refund or issues a chargeback, the associated commission will: Be deducted from future payouts or Not be paid if not yet disbursed. Course access is granted for 12 months from purchase, regardless of affiliate involvement.
  7. Permitted & Prohibited Promotion Practices
    You MAY: Promote The GLP Guide on your website, email list, or social media. Share honest opinions and personal experiences. Use approved brand assets and messaging
    You MAY NOT: Make false or misleading health, weight loss, or medical claims. Represent yourself as an employee or partner of The GLP Guide. Use spam, deceptive marketing, or paid ads bidding on branded terms. Offer unauthorized discounts, bonuses, or guarantees. Imply medical advice or individualized treatment recommendations.
  8. FTC Disclosure Requirement
    Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all promotions, including social media posts, emails, blogs, and videos. Example disclosure: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."
  9. Intellectual Property
    All content, branding, course materials, and trademarks related to The GLP Guide remain the sole property of Sarah Stombaugh, MD, PLLC. Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes.
  10. Termination
    We reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time. Withhold commissions earned through violation of these terms. Affiliates may also terminate participation at any time by discontinuing promotion.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for: Indirect or incidental damages, Lost income or profits, Technical failures or tracking issues. Participation is at your own risk.
  12. Modifications to Terms
    We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
  13. Governing Law
    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
